Sodelavci so izbrani člani Societas Heraldica Slovenica (SHS), ki so se izkazali s svojim delom in bistveno prispevali pri doseganju ciljev društva, dokazali so svoje visoko heraldično znanje in prispevali na podrocju heraldične vzgoje, viteskih in sorodnih veščin.

Za člane, ki pridobijo naslov sodelavca, je predvidena znacka z apisom » Znak za zasluge pri sirjenju heraldike «. Palica se pogosto uporablja za oznacevanje heralda. Vkljucitev v znacko ponazarja sodelavcevo heraldično znanje in izkusnje.

Fellows are distinguished members of the Societas Heraldica Slovenica (SHS) who have made significant contribution to the mission and objectives of the SHS and have demonstrated a superior knowledge of, and made significant contributions to, the fields of heraldic scholarship, art, armory, chivalry or analogous subjects as they relate to Slovenia.

The badge illustrated on the right signifies the acknowledgement of individuals who were conveyed the honor of "Fellow" of the Society. It is labelled as "The Meritorious Badge of Distinction for SHS Members for the Furthering of Heraldry". The batons are often used to represent a herald, and have been incorporated into the badge signifying the "Fellow's" knowledge and expertise with respect to heraldry.
